We are a small, innovative start-up with an exciting, proven concept that will, we believe, transform how websites can be created, built, marketed and sold. We now need an amazing (web) designer to contribute his or her talents to our project.

The role will involve :
* Working directly with customers on their web and associated graphic design projects
* Creating original, clean, professional, high quality layouts
* Managing design projects
* Working with us on the development of our custom work-flow and templating system

The right candidate will :
* Be a Master of Photoshop
* Have excellent Illustrator skills
* Have strong skills in HTML and CSS (hand coding required)
* Be able to draw with pencil and paper!
* Be able to teach us some new tricks

AND be an individual who :
* Preferably has a minimum of three years professional web design experience
* Has a great portfolio of interesting work to show us
* Is a talented and imaginative web designer with a passion for strong and elegant design using a fresh, clean approach (and probably knows sites such as CSS Zen Garden)
* Can demonstrate reliability, dedication and self-sufficiency in your attitude to your work
* Is extremely positive and easy-going – knowing how to have fun even when the work is stressy and dead-lines need to be met
* Finds the opportunity to exchange their current existence for life in a stunning Swiss mountain resort hugely attractive

The Rewards:
This is a full time position and brings a starting salary (paid in Swiss Francs) that works out to an equivalent of c. GBP 22,000. You will be working for a Swiss registered company.
