Description:
The primary role is to provide technical and creative support for the design, development and maintenance of the organisation’s websites, and print/online marketing collaterals.

Applicants must have a strong background in either design or programming, but should note that demonstrating a combination of both creative AND technical proficiencies will be a significant advantage.

Job description:

* Develop and maintain new and existing websites to enhance visitors’ online experience
* Track website performance on a regular basis using Google Analytics and ensure that preset performance targets are met
* Analyse Google Analytics results and submit quarterly report with action plans for improvements
* Design interactive web/flash animations and develop PHP / MySQL based applications as required
* Create interactive material for instructional purposes e.g. technical diagrams/vector illustrations/customised flash animations
* Provide graphic design support for all departments’ marketing and communication initiatives across the company. This requires you to work with overseas colleagues while based in our Singapore office.

Job requirements:

* Minimum diploma in IT/ Multimedia Design/ Digital Media or equivalent.
* Proficient in HTML, CSS, Javascript and Joomla.
* Experienced with PHP/ MySQL professional programming
* Proficiency in Adobe CS4 applications: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Flash and Dreamweaver (Macintosh platform)
* Familiar with web development, SEO strategy, domain management, webhosting and server management
* Knowledge in graphic design, or video production will be an added advantage
* Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience and good portfolio, particularly in digital online media
